Hi, I'm Miriam Dillon, Broker Associate at Rosemary Beach Realty, a real estate company based on beautiful 30a and the beaches of South Walton, Florida.
After practicing law in Louisiana and Texas, Miriam Dillon and her family decided to move home to the beach. Ready for a change in career, she became a full time Realtor in Florida on beautiful Scenic Hwy 30A, also know as SoWal (South Walton). Miriam Dillon obtained her Sales Associate License in 2000 and Broker Associate License in 2005. She feels very fortunate to live and work in one of the most beautiful places in the world! South Walton or 30-A, is home to amazing communites such as Rosemary Beach, WaterColor, Watersound, Alys Beach, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach and more. We are located in the panhandle of Florida along the emerald green and turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Miriam works mainly with people who are purchasing or selling luxury primary or second homes and investment property. Her area is home to the country's newest International Airport (ECP) - Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. It has made getting here a whole lot easier! Miriam and her husband, James Dillon, have owned a restaurant, The Summer Kitchen Cafe, in Rosemary Beach since 1999. They also opened Coast Food + Wine in August 2014 and became owners of The Rosemary Beach Inn and The SK2 restaurant in 2015. James trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Their 3 children are products of the local school system and Miriam has spent several years serving on the boards of a local private school and a local public, charter school.
